We strive to deliver products purchased from La Casa in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online.

What is La Casa’s Fair Usage Policy?
We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal policy. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 149 for all orders for accounts which have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

How are orders placed on La Casa delivered to me?
All orders placed on La Casa are dispatched through other courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Lalamove, DHL, We Fast, Spot On etc. A tracking number is provided as soon as the parcel is dispatched with which you can get updates on the location of the parcel and the estimated delivery date and time. Updates will be provided via E-mails and SMS frequently.
Can the shipping address of the order be changed after placing it?
Surely, you can change your order’s shipping address before we’ve shipped it by getting in touch with our customer care representatives. Extra charges (if applicable) shall be levied.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
