Background

Starting with just a taste of Homemade desserts in India, founder Mr. Manish Surana started his life-long romance with the European desserts in 2010.
While pursuing Masters in Italy, he traveled to many parts of Europe – each region specializing in a unique recipe with local ingredients and techniques. As a young man, he attended World’s best Carpigiani university in Italy, focusing on the art of traditional dessert-making and perfected his skills in many dessert stores in Europe.
In 2013, Our founder moved back to India. However he soon found that what he missed most about the Old World was the wonderful desserts of Europe.

All Principles of authenticity are in pure synchrony with modern technology, guaranteeing supreme quality and safety of all the great products we manufacture using only the finest imported equipments and ingredients, we craft dessert premixes, spreads and toppings.
Many of our premixes are 100% Vegan and some others are sugar-free too. We also make it a point to manufacture premixes,spreads and toppings as fresh as possible. No color/preservatives/essence is used in most of our products.
