    – Add 7% Vital Wheat Gluten to change flour into a high gluten flour with a protein content of 14%.
    – Adding 5 to 15 percent Vital Wheat Gluten to flour will act as a binder in the finished product.
    – It gives bread dough more elasticity, improves its rise, and makes the end product chewier.
